Terms and Conditions

General information:

- I will start the job after payment (full or 50% to start and 50% to finish).
- Once I have started working on your commission I will provide you with a sketch to let you know.- You can ask for WIP (or process) as long as it is not excessive, since this delays my way of working.- The original file will not be sent under any conditions, nor will a sale price be negotiable.- I will start by sending a sketch, where you can modify and make changes, I will not make changes if the drawing is already finished.- The finished drawing will bear my signature, brand or name.- When the drawing is finished I will send it in high resolution (optional also by mail) and I will upload it to my social networks in low resolution.- Avoid asking me to draw in a different style. Only the styles shown in the commission list are available. You can visit my gallery to better appreciate some examples.- I reserve the right to upload the drawing to my galleries, use it as a sample of my work. I will never use the drawing for any commercial purpose.- During the process of your order, the artist will avoid subject outside the order, personal opinions or any external situation. It does not include informing the subject of the delivery.- Absolutely all completed commissions will be published publicly on each of my pages. If for any reason you wish to keep your name/client alias or that of your OC (not canon/official characters) anonymous, please let me know in advance.- During the process of your order, the artist will avoid subject outside the order, personal opinions or any external situation. - I have the right to refuse your commission without giving any explanation.- In the worst case, the maximum time that the order can be completed will be around 1 month.- If you need the commission by a certain date, please let me know.

Permission:

- The drawing is yours and you can do whatever you want as long as you respect the following:- Do not erase my signature, name or brand.- Do not modify or change the drawing without my permission.- Do not say that the drawing was done by you.- Do not use it for commercial use.- Give me credits when uploading it to a social network (this is not mandatory).- If you want to order a commission for commercial use, the price will be doubled or more depending on the work to be done.The following is considered commercial use:- Reproduce the drawing and sell it later.- Use the drawing to advertise (on banners, web page, etc.)

Terms of work:

I can draw:
- Fanart.
- Human.
- Furry.
- SFW.
- Weapons.
- Armor.
- Oc's.
- D&D characters.I don't draw:
- hate art.
- Wick.
- Strong NSFW.
- Realism.

The work will be done in the following order:- After placing the order, I will start with the first sketch.- Upon completion of the sketch, it will be sent (with my watermark) to the client for review.- Made the necessary corrections and approved, I will proceed to finish the final product.What you receive:- Complete drawing in high quality without watermark.- The signature cannot be deleted.Data in the work process:- Free changes are accepted on the sketch, but changes will not - be accepted after you approve the sketch, if you want to make changes, the changes would be 3$ per change.

Refund:
- I can return full payment if I haven't started working on your order yet.- After paying and processing your order from the sketch, there is no refund.

Changes or corrections:
- If the drawing is finished I can add some minor detail that I may have missed.- Excessive changes from the outline will have an extra charge depending on the complexity.- If you are a very detailed person, please, make sure to provide me with detailed information and references to have everything in order.

By asking me for a commission, it means that you have read and accepted all the terms described above. Likewise, you agree with the policy of using my art for personal non-profit purposes by providing the credits that correspond to me.
